Fabulous!

We stayed in CM Playa del Moro for 10 days at the end of April 2025: + food is amazing! Breakfast as well as dinner with many options and varieties, we stayed 10 days and the meals were truly delicious. Special thanks to Jhon who stood behind the grill station most of the time! Also there are enough tables inside and outside depening on weather conditions. + clean, spacious rooms, big cozy beds (2m wide). Make sure to book sea view, it is stunning! Shower hat good water pressure + nice spa (indoor pools warm + cold, sauna open intim 10pm) + staff was always nice and service in the dining area very quick (Special thanks to Marina for always Smoking and being so friendly!) + outdoor pool and sunbeds clean and comfortable + the beach is only 50m across the street with soft white sand and clear water + there is a Supermarket directly in front of the hotel, there is also a „Shopping“ street with many restaurants and shops

A lovely time

Everything was good, by the beach, staff was very nice, facilities were amazing

Only thing I think needs improvement is the vegan/vegetarian food available. They had options but they were not nice options/not cooked properly, I think it would be useful for the hotel and kitchen to consult with a vegan/vegetarian to improve this area. (e.g. know how to cook tofu before offering it; know what products to offer, etc)!

Relaxing and pleasant stay

The staff is extremely nice, really makes you feel welcome and makes you forgive small details that might not be perfect. The room was always very clean and tidy everyday, the buffet was plentiful and varied at both breakfast and dinner, generally fresh food and good quality. Each evening there's a different theme (Italian, Spanish, Asian) that makes things more interesting. The gym had brand new equipment, the indoor pool was nice and also the spa. It was March so we didn't use the outside pool but it looked great. The location right by the beach is also awesome, you can walk outside and go for a walk, run or swim. Also the room was very big, with comfortable beds.

Our room was right above the kitchens, so we heard noise early in the morning and at night, as well as smell, they should find a solution for this. We could find parking in March, but I can see how it would be pretty hard in more busy times. This is a really small detail: the floor in the spa changing room was always very wet, it would be nice to have a squeegee in there to get rid of the water. Would be nice to have kettle in the rooms.

Magnificent sea view. Amazing staff. Thanks for the lovely treatment. Overall high quality for fair price and super clean. Great food and selection at huge buffet (eggs, meat and fish grilled freshly on request).

Attractive hotel with excellent facilities. The staff were super efficient, friendly and efficient. Easy to park near the hotel which fronted a car free promenade then beach.

Worth Considering

Overall this hotel is worth considering due to its location right on the beach, having rooms with lateral sea view, friendly staff, and cleanliness. They keep the place clean, and this is one of the few places where staff is really friendly, always smiling and greeting guests. The buffet, as other guests noted, varied from day to day, offering various food choices. Welcome drinks offered upon arriving.

Although the buffet varied each day, the food wasn't always best quality. Specifically, the quality of the meats could be improved, and more substantial dinner dishes should be offered instead of predominantly finger foods. Additionally, the hotel seems to cater primarily to German tourists.

Wonderful

Rooms are a bit small, but excellent views and clean. The outdoor pool and bar area is excellent. The public beach is just past the access-controlled door from the outdoor pool area, but far enough that the outdoor pool area is quite calm and relaxing. Gym is a bit small, but usable and clean. All staff were super helpful and welcoming.

Food is ok.

The best choice for summer vacation

Everything was very good, tasty breakfast, friendly personal, modern, clean and light rooms, I think the best hotel on this part of the Mallorca

Just 2 things 1 | Deposit for towels and even for rackets for ping pong, for me it’s very strange, I can take food, cocktails etc on my room(ex. At the end my bill was 81€) but I can’t take towels or ping pong rackets on my room, why? 2 | Cleaning personal don’t control shower gel, I needed to ask reception to add shower gel in my room

Staff was amazing and engaging !

The staff was awesome, location was fantastic and the hotel was beautiful. Over all the room was nice and the view was spectacular Each night the hotel hosted an event which the kids loved.

The pool closes way to early (6pm) like come on. Also some how booking had our kids at under 1 year old and when we asked to take the cribs out of the room we were charged almost $700. Not sure how this got mixed up but we have 2 kids under 10. The price we ended up paying plus extra charge changed the value of this hotel and we might not have stayed here.
